We're willing to train entry-level candidates who have a strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and a desire to learn hands-on skills in metal finishing. In this role, you'll smooth sharp edges, remove burrs, and polish metal parts using tools and machines, helping ensure our products meet top quality standards. Duties/Responsibilities Inspect parts for imperfections and sharp edges. Use hand tools and equipment (grinders, sanders, tumblers, etc.) to deburr and polish metal parts. Learn to read basic blueprints and perform quality checks Maintain workstations, and track inventory Follow safety guidelines and contribute to a clean, efficient team environment Perform additional duties as assigned. Skills/Abilities Experience using hand tools, grinders, and other deburring equipment is a plus! Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and steady hands. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Effective communication skills in English. Good vision, fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination for handling small parts and tools. Ability to work independently or as part of a team with consistent, reliable attendance. Physical Demands Job duties are performed in a warehouse with temperature variations, noise, vibrations, fumes, and chemicals. Repetitive wrist, hand, finger, and foot movements. Prolonged standing, sitting, squatting, kneeling, bending, and walking Repetitive twisting, turning, and reaching (outward and over shoulder). Occasional bending, climbing, overhead reaching, and sitting. Frequent lifting/pushing/pulling up to 20 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs. Rare climbing, reaching overhead, and lifting over 50 lbs (with assistance). Schedule(s) Full-time, Day Shift:Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM -2:30 PM, or Monday -Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM / Every other Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (9/80) Full-time, Second Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Initial training will be conducted during Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM for up to 90 days.
