This position involves a variety of hands-on tasks including demolition, painting, troubleshooting, and general site work. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, hardworking, and willing to travel for out-of-town projects. Key Responsibilities: Perform demolition, site preparation, and general labor tasks Assist with painting and surface preparation Troubleshoot and assist with basic mechanical issues Operate basic equipment including loaders, telehandlers, and boom lifts Maintain a clean and organized job site Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work at heights and in confined spaces as required Travel to out-of-town job sites as needed Work effectively both independently and as part of a team Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) Ability and willingness to work out of town CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) is a plus Experience operating loaders, telehandlers, and boom lifts is a plus Basic mechanical skills are a plus Ability to work safely at heights and in confined spaces Strong work ethic with a “go-getter” attitude Commitment to safety at all times Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions Preferred Traits: Reliable and punctual Self-motivated and eager to learn Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
