Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success while maintaining safety and budget compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced environment. Duties: Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to coordinate all phases of construction activities. Oversee procurement processes including construction estimating, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations to secure necessary resources. Manage project documentation such as blueprints, schematics, contracts, and change orders with precision and clarity. Coordinate with architects, engineers (including Civil 3D specialists), subcontractors, vendors, and clients to facilitate seamless communication and project flow. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, review quality standards, and resolve on-site issues promptly. Utilize project tracking tools, document management, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and punch lists. Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards while maintaining a safe construction environment. Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and milestones for stakeholders. Manage project schedules proactively by adjusting timelines as needed to meet deadlines without compromising quality or safety. Facilitate effective project coordination among teams to optimize resource utilization and workflow efficiency.
