Summary: Responsible for establishing, maintaining, and securing IT and digital communication infrastructure and software, providing technical support, and optimizing network performance. Highlights: 1. Manage and secure IT and digital communication infrastructure (wireless/LAN) 2. Maintain digital communication software, including email and user access 3. Provide technical support and improve network performance Establishing and maintaining IT and digital communication infrastructure, including wireless or LAN networks Establishing and maintaining digital communication software, including email, user logins and passwords; this includes setting up new employees with company email accounts and providing them with access to the network, as well as troubleshooting for existing employees.
