🏠 Property & Construction Manager (Toledo, OH) We are seeking an experienced Property & Construction Manager to oversee 50 single-family Section 8 (LMHA) properties in Toledo. This hands-on leadership role requires daily coordination with multiple teams and consistent communication with upper management to ensure all properties maintain inspection-ready standards. Key Responsibilities: Create and deliver daily progress reports on all active properties Conduct pre-inspection assessments and prepare detailed readiness reports Document and report on all completed work with post-completion verification Coordinate with 5 team leaders (each managing 1-4 workers) to ensure quality and timely completion Communicate daily with upper management via video meetings, phone calls, and Telegram messaging Ensure all properties pass Section 8/LMHA inspections and meet building code requirements Monitor work quality and hold team leaders accountable for meeting company standards Manage schedules and priorities across multiple properties and teams simultaneously Requirements: Proven experience managing property maintenance and construction teams Strong knowledge of LMHA/Section 8 inspection standards and building codes Excellent written and verbal communication skills for daily reporting Comfortable with technology (video calls, messaging apps like Telegram) Ability to effectively coordinate multiple teams and projects across 50 properties Strong leadership skills with ability to ensure quality control through team leaders Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (daily travel between properties required) Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Daily Expectations: Visit and assess multiple properties Check in with all 5 team leaders on progress Submit daily reports to management Participate in video/phone check-ins Ensure work meets standards before sign-off Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonuses 📍 Location: Toledo, OH (50 property portfolio) 🚗 Must have reliable transportation If you're an organized, communicative leader who can keep multiple teams on track and properties inspection-ready, we want to hear from you.
