You will be responsible for maintaining a strong visual presence, patrolling the perimeter, and preventing trespassing and unauthorized activity at night. Key Responsibilities: Patrol large properties on foot and by vehicle during night hours. Secure all entry points, gates, and perimeters. Detour, confront, and firmly ward off trespassers and loiterers. Maintain a professional, authoritative, and confident demeanor. Document and report any suspicious activity or property damage. Requirements: Reliable Transport: Must possess your own personal vehicle to commute between or patrol areas. Assertive Nature: Comfortable confronting unhoused individuals or trespassers to remove them from the property. Availability: Able to work consistent 12-hour overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM). Alertness: High level of situational awareness throughout a full night shift. Eligibility: Must legally be allowed to work in the United States and pass a background check.
