Train owners and staff, and handle on-site and remote support DPS Payments is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Technician to join our office full-time. We install, configure, and service point-of-sale systems and credit card terminals for high end restaurants, bars, nightclubs, retail stores, bodegas, and convenience stores. We're looking for a hands-on technician who can get merchants up and running fast and fix problems when they come up. What You'll Do - Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS systems and peripherals (printers, cash drawers, scanners, card readers, KDS) - Set up POS systems including Clover, NRS, Bodega AI, and Heartland / Genius POS - Install and program credit card terminals including PAX, Dejavoo, Valor, and Pecan POS - Build out catalogs, menus, pricing, and tax settings; configure payment processing - Train owners and staff, and handle on-site and remote support What We're Looking For - Hands-on POS experience for retail and/or restaurants - Experience with one or more: Clover, NRS, Bodega AI, Heartland / Genius POS - Experience with credit card terminals (PAX, Dejavoo, Valor, Pecan POS) - Comfortable with POS hardware and basic networking (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, static IPs) - Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-friendly attitude - Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license - Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Details: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Pay: $800/week Location: in-office at 227 Cherry St New York NY 10002 To Apply call 646-825-4477
