This position will be responsible for developing materials for, and training sales associates on, video and internet products, services, and processes, specifically for Spanish-language door-to-door sellers and support agents. Essential Duties Delivery of sales training presentations/courses for sales reps in door to door and call center environments Creation, and translation of, training materials and sales oriented one sheets Tackle ever-changing offers, products, and services, as well as master unique and complex order entry systems, processes, and remedies. Creation of audience-driven content, design, and delivery, especially Microsoft’s PowerPoint, with a detailed eye toward designing and delivering slides for clear, virtual presentation and/or classroom projection Extraordinary attention to detail in content creation and language nuance Create clear, engaging, aesthetically formatted, and properly animated PowerPoint and online learning content for wireless and fiber services Communicate in a clear, dynamic, and precise fashion to all levels of employees, from entry-level agents to C-level executives, both inside and outside our organization Requirements Preferred - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field (ex. Key Responsibilities Training & Education Lead stylist cohort training at the Plano Training Center, covering technical hair skills, product knowledge, and salon operations (including Barbicide protocols, The Tab system, and sanitation best practices). Conduct quarterly technical audits in collaboration with leadership to ensure all stylists maintain service standards. Develop and facilitate ongoing education classes tailored to stylist needs, partnering with the Training Department to refine curriculum. As a Sports Coach with Amazing Athletes, you will be expected to teach the basic fundamentals of 10 different sports following each week's Amazing Athletes curricula to ages 3 to 6 years. Our coaches will begin with training in the Amazing Athletes methods, executing demonstrations in various childcare centers in the territory, starting new classes, enrolling students and looking to consistently grow classes. Key Responsibilities Training & Education Lead stylist cohort training at the Plano Training Center, covering technical hair skills, product knowledge, and salon operations (including Barbicide protocols, The Tab system, and sanitation best practices). Conduct quarterly technical audits in collaboration with leadership to ensure all stylists maintain service standards. This fun part-time position requires traveling to different schools and day care centers to teach the basic fundamentals of 10 different sports to children ranging from 5 to 7 years old. Amazing Athletes coaches must have a passion for working with children with the ultimate goal of making a positive impact on as many children as possible and spark a love of movement. We are hoping to find an individual to become part of our long-term team and develop within this growing company for the Denton area. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can offer a minimum of a one year commitment to our company and who is willing to take on the entire area with the goal of growing. Unfortunately, because we operate within the preschool & elementary school hours and around lunch and nap time, Amazing Athletes does not offer full time position.
