What we are looking for: We are looking for hard workers that will go the extra mile, be professional, and be motivated to share how our products can benefit the homeowner. Due to the high earning potential, we will only consider those who are professionals and can demonstrate a confident message about our products to our clients. The job description following training: -You must know how to confidently conduct an hour-long educational presentation to a room of 10-20 people at a time -You will have to successfully present energy efficiency products to homeowners such as multi-layer insulation, solar powered attic fans, and home probiotic systems. -Your goal is to educate the audience about the benefits of these products and close for in-home appointments scheduled after the dinner. You must also select, schedule, and book your territory/cities that you will be working in. -Our national average for our Presenter positions is between $120k-$175k+ IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE SPEAKING IN FRONT OF A ROOM OR NOT WILLING TO TRAVEL FOR WORK EACH WEEK, (3-4 DAYS) PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. How we do it: -We present in different cities each week for 3 or 4 days at a time (3 or 4 days off). -When you are traveling to different cities in surrounding states, you will be staying with a small team at a hotel or an Airbnb at the company's expense. -Travel and accommodations are provided by company -We work in 4-to-5-man teams and you must be able to work well with others. Requirements: -Must be able to learn quickly and memorize word for word scripted presentation. -Sales/Speaker experience is a plus. -Be willing to manage a team. -Proper transportation is required. -Be able to Travel / We provide flights/rental cars when needed -Clean Appearance is required. -Outstanding communication skills and absolute Integrity are required. -Must be a Winner and Team Player. -Positive Mental Attitude is required.
