The Vice President of Facilities and Project Management is responsible for leading our global facilities management strategy and project management initiatives across the United States, Mexico, and India. The Vice President of Global Facilities and Project Management will strategically determine the growth locations for our company goals. Requirements Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Field Experience Minimum of 10 years of progressive global experience in facilities management and project oversight across multi-site operations. Leadership Experience At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within facilities and/or project management. Certifications Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), or equivalent preferred. PMP certification required. About the Position We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead all phases of luxury custom home construction, from pre-construction through closeout. You will oversee projects ranging from $2M to $25M, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction. SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Communicate and manage the client on a daily basis. Develop, manage, and improve business infrastructure and operations built around industry best practices to enhance efficiency. Oversee procedures and processes for efficiency and thoughtfully implement recommendations to develop and improve them. Oversee projects as they are being carried out to make sure that the work is done according to the outlined specifications, and that they also conform to the work project timetable. Review the plans and specifications for construction and construction schedules. Oversee preparation and ensure execution of job contract. Negotiate with and select subcontractors to perform the work. Draft subcontracts. Prepare job budget, develop project schedule, and coordinate material ordering, as necessary. Perform PM duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously. Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.
