Safety is—and always will be—our top priority.   DuPont Schedule: Hours will rotate between 5:00am – 5:00pm and 5:00pm – 5:00am.  Diversified Market Presence: Feel confident working for a company that remains essential and continues to grow even during challenging economic conditions.  Essential duties/responsibilities:  Ability to operate and perform light maintenance on loader  Understanding of plant process flow and plant equipment.  Ability to perform light maintenance procedures including changing flashing, cleaning filters, chute and ductwork cleaning, and preventative maintenance procedures including greasing, belt changing, and oil changes  Ability to take samples, run quality control analysis, and be the eyes in the field for SQF, 5S, and other plant initiatives  Identify safety and SQF non-compliance within plant (examples include foreign material like buckets, scrap metal, rags, job spoils, etc)  Support Shipping department by cross training and being able to step in when busy including loading trucks and ticketing  Ability to perform repetitive manual labor including but not limited to shoveling, sweeping, lawn maintenance/landscaping, pressure washing, etc.  Understanding of preventive maintenance and ability to input SAP notifications  Shadow/assist maintenance (recommend 80 hrs/year)  Consistent BBS safety compliance  About the Company: The Lhoist Group is a privately held, family-owned, values-driven company with a long-range vision that is continuously growing global reach.
