The ideal candidate will assist in developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with contract requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to grow in construction planning and scheduling. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and updating CPM schedules for construction projects using scheduling software (Primavera P6 and/or Other softwares). Support the preparation of baseline schedules, look-ahead schedules, and schedule updates. Visit project job site to collect progress data from project teams and incorporate into schedule updates. Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential impacts to the critical path. Generate schedule reports, narratives, and visual dashboards for project management. Assist with time impact analysis (TIA) and delay documentation as required. Ensure schedules comply with contract requirements and internal standards. Participate in project meetings and coordinate with engineers, superintendents, and project managers. Maintain organized project documentation and scheduling records. Required Qualifications Associates / Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Basic understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles. 0–3 years of experience in construction scheduling, project controls, or related role (internship experience acceptable). Familiarity with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Good written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Internship or co-op experience on construction projects. Exposure to large infrastructure, commercial, or industrial projects. Knowledge of schedule risk analysis and delay analysis concepts.
