Opportunity for executive-level growth in a flexible environment We are a fast-growing construction specialties company based in North Texas, focused on Division 10 scopes (toilet partitions, lockers, accessories, wall protection, etc.). We work on commercial and school projects and are known for getting things done fast and right. We’re looking for a Chief Estimator who can step in, take ownership, and help scale our bidding and preconstruction process. ⸻ 💼 What You’ll Be Doing • Lead all estimating and preconstruction efforts • Review plans, specs, and bid documents • Build accurate, competitive estimates across multiple projects • Manage bid pipeline and deadlines • Train and oversee junior estimators • Work directly with ownership on strategy and margins • Coordinate with vendors and subs for pricing • Identify opportunities to increase profit and win rate ⸻ 🧠 What We’re Looking For • 5+ years estimating experience in commercial construction • Strong understanding of Division 10 (preferred but not required) • Ability to read plans and specs quickly and accurately • Experience with bid platforms (BuildingConnected, PlanHub, etc.) • Leadership mindset — this is NOT an entry-level role • Detail-oriented but can move fast • Knows how to protect margins and avoid bad jobs ⸻ 💰 Compensation & Perks • Competitive base salary ($60-70K+ depending on experience) • Performance bonuses based on wins & profitability • Growth opportunity into executive-level role • Strong team + solid pipeline of work • Flexible, no-micromanagement environment ⸻ 🚀 Why This Role is Different This is not a “sit and bid” position.
