Professional Civil Process (PCP) is looking for a Process Server in the State of Texas – a person who wants to go above and beyond for the legal support industry. About the position: Delivers legal documents, such as a summons, complaint, subpoena, restraining order or eviction notice to the person named on the document. Requirements About you: High school diploma or equivalent - required Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle - required Clean driving record Flawless attendance Effective time management skills Extremely organized Excellent customer service skills Process serving certificate - Plus Benefits Compensation, Hours, and Benefits: Company car and gas card will be provided Cell phone reimbursement Full-time (40 hours per week): four (4) ten hour days Wednesday - Saturday Process server certification paid by company Dental/vision plan - available upon hire MEC Health Plan - Minimum Essential Coverage - after sixty (60) days of service Holiday pay - after six (6) months of service Paid Time Off (PTO) – after six (6) months of service 401k savings plan – after one (1) year of service
