Key Responsibilities: As a litigation attorney, you will manage a variety of personal injury cases, including car accidents, trucking accidents, and slip and fall incidents. Your duties will include: Filing lawsuits Drafting and responding to written discovery Taking depositions Participating in mediation Handling all aspects of the litigation process Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of experience in discovery, depositions, mediation, and trials 1st chair trial experience is mandatory (No less than 7 trials to verdict will be considered) MUST BE LICENSED TO PRACTICE IN TEXAS Expertise in all phases of personal injury cases, from inception through litigation to trial or settlement Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills Experience interacting directly with clients, evaluating cases, and counseling clients on legal matters professionally.
