This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operors and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. Job time: Full Time Shift: Night Shift 4:00 pm to 12:30 am Compension: Between $19/hr plus $1.00/hr for shift differential Benefits: • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance • Health and Wellness Incentives • Paid Vacion and Holidays • 401(k) with Cargill mching contributions • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) • Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Tuition Reimbursement • Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities: • Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulions • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment • Maintain a food safe work environment by maintaining hygienic work conditions • Comply with all GMP, safety, sanition and any other plant rules as established by the company • Follow all Food Safety (HACCP), & GMPs policies • Utilize cleaning tools and supplies • Document completed tasks using the master sanition schedule • Other duties as assigned Required qualificions: • Must be eligible to work in the United Stes without visa sponsorship • Must be 18 years or older • Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodion • Ability to work in eleved areas (4 feet and above) • Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include he, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) • Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice Preferred qualificions: • Previous experience on production, food plant or manufacturing • Previous food sanition manufacturing experience • Ability to communice in English (verbal/written) Considered candides will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
