Follow safety guidelines and procedures Truss Builder Associate Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Truss Builder Associate for a company based in Conroe, Tx. Pay Rate $16.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Truss Builder Associate Duties and Responsibilities • Assembling, Reinforcing and Measuring • Using pre-cut wood or metal pieces to build triangular structures • Using metal plates to strengthen the connecting joints • Checking each part for accuracy to ensure the structure is strong enough to support the building or bridge • Follow safety guidelines and procedures Truss Builder Associate Qualifications and Requirements • Must have 6 plus months of experience • Assembly experience required • Able to work overtime and weekends • Strong sense of time organization and urgency • Background check and drug screen required Job Type Full-time, temporary to hire Benefits • Weekly Pay • 401(k) retirement plan • Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability and life insurance • 5 paid Vacation Days after 1 year of continuous service (paid as a service bonus) • 6 paid Holidays after 1500 continuous hours of service within a calendar year Interested in this job?
