CWS is a premier industrial construction company building bolted steel water storage tanks across the country. We are looking for hardworking, responsible individuals with a "smart head" on their shoulders who are ready to grow. We don’t just want laborers; we want our future Crew Supervisors. THE SCHEDULE (Work-Life Balance) We offer a unique "Reset" schedule that allows you to earn big and then enjoy your downtime: On the Road: 2 months on-site. At Home: 2 weeks off (Reset period). Typical Week: Monday–Friday (8 hrs) + Saturday (4 hrs). Sundays are always OFF.Overtime: Plenty of OT available—we stay busy! COMPENSATION & PERKS Starting Pay: $27.00 per hour.Travel: All transportation to and from job sites is provided in our crew-operated trucks.Lodging: 100% of hotel costs are covered by CWS. Per Diem: $7.00 per day for meals/incidents. REQUIREMENTS Clean Record: Must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug test.License: Must have a valid Driver’s License. Mindset: Responsible, punctual, and eager to move into leadership roles. Certs (Plus, not required): OSHA 10/30 or Confined Space certifications are a major plus.
