Provides hands-on support for all HR related operational needs including setting up HR and payroll policies and procedures, recruiting and orienting all employees, establishing personnel files, setting up compensation programs, employee relations and recognition programs, performance management, and workers’ compensation and safety procedures, meeting compliance needs, and preparing/updating employee handbooks.  Works with corporate on setting up payroll, timekeeping and benefits administration as required. Keeps current on federal and state employment regulations and labor law, CIHQ and other regulatory requirements related to Human Resources.  Supports the mission, vision and values of the Hospital and CHC. Requirements Requires a BS or BA in Human Resources Management or equivalent in education and work experience.
