APPLY TODAY and join the KBS Crew!   Starting Pay: $10.0 per hour Shifts Available: ENTER HERE As a Zone Supervisor, the following duties and responsibilities will be a part of this opportunity but are not limited to them: Lead site crews and performs scheduled work alongside crews Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service  Assist manager to recruit and staff employees  Assist manager to train, motivate, and supervise site/store leads and crew members.  Assist manager with the coordination of crew members scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing  Perform quality control inspections and performance audits  Monitor crew members task completion to ensure cleanliness standards are met. May assist manager in documenting crew members’ performance and initiating corrective action when necessary (with management oversight) May initiate routine termination (with management oversight) Perform nightly quality control inspections and provide corrective training  Review and respond to emails regarding operations and customer relations  Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and consumables  Maintain building safety and security (check door locks, verity key and badge security)  Ensure janitor closet meets safety and cleanliness standards  Perform required janitorial/specialty work (carpet cleaning, windows, etc.)  Document and report issues regarding safety/security, building maintenance, damaged equipment, or any other pertinent issues  Request uniforms, employee badges, needed supplies, and other items  Load and unload supplies; move heavy furniture and equipment  Follow all company policies and procedures  Perform other duties as assigned by Manager Requirements: 3 or more years janitorial/building maintenance or related experience with minimum of 2 years prior supervisory/lead experience preferred Basic understanding of staffing processes and performance programs Ability to communicate effectively with team and customer (s) Training skills (ability to provide clear and effective training on basic processes and safety) Ability to manage change and use good judgement in a fast-paced environment Communicate (speak and write) in English (and where needed bilingual in Spanish and English  KBS utilizes the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software for accurate recording of employee work hours, attendance management, completion of required training, and distribution of important employment-related information. All non-exempt employees are required to download and use the KBSPresence app on their personal mobile devices to clock in and out for their shifts and breaks.
