We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to manage a complex of 328 units. 1. Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the property. 2. Maximize occupancy and resident retention. Optimize collections. 3. Establish and maintain effective communication and professional, pleasant relationships with residents and staff. 4. Maintain optimal quality of the building, its appearance, and its services, including the optimal functioning of various mechanical and electronic components. 5.
