Enjoys administrative execution We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Mortgage Loan Processor to support our mortgage processing team by managing front-end loan setup, disclosures, document ordering, and file tracking. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured workflows, enjoys administrative execution, and wants to grow within mortgage operations. Pay & Job Details -Hourly Pay starting at $18-$22/hr depending on experience -90-day Introduction Period w/ 90-day Review -In Office Position in Houston, TX (Westchase Area, near Bellaire) -Full Time Qualifications -1 year of mortgage processing or coordinator experience -Familiarity with loan applications (1003) or LOS systems a plus -Strong organizational and time-management skills -Excellent attention to detail -Professional and proactive written and verbal communication -Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat -Able to work and adapt well in collaborative, fast-paced environments -Associates degree (required) -College/university graduate and/or bilingual preferred Loan Setup & Intake -Review loan submissions for completeness and accuracy -Import loan data into lender portals and systems -Confirm loan application data consistency -Identify missing items or special handling requirements Initial Disclosures -Request estimated fees from escrow/title partners -Prepare disclosure packages for Loan Officer review -Send disclosures within required timelines -Track borrower signatures and Intent to Proceed Document Ordering & Tracking -Run automated underwriting (AUS) -Order and follow up on: Appraisals, Employment and asset verifications, HOA/Condo documentation, Insurance documents -Maintain consistent follow-up until items are received Appraisal & Approval Support -Monitor appraisal status and coordinate updates -Track underwriting conditions after approval -Request required escrow/title and supporting documentation -Review documents for accuracy and completeness Communication & Workflow Support -Assist with borrower communication when directed -Update loan status and timelines in LOS -Provide regular updates to Loan Officers and processing team -Escalate issues or delays promptly Benefits: -401(k) -Health insurance -Paid time off 24/7 Mortgage Corporation 10300 Westoffice Dr. Ste. 107 Houston, TX 77042 www.24-7mortgage.com Instructions to apply: - Send your resume to apply@24-7mortgage.com - Include in your email: full name, position applying for, resume, best number to reach you
