Opportunity to develop skills & be part of social change Position Overview The Line Cook / Receiver position is responsible for ensuring that all deliveries of product for the kitchen are received and stored properly. When not receiving, this role will support the commissary kitchen team with any prep and production needs, overseeing all functions of the Prep Cooks, including but not limited to: inventory systems and storage, time and temperature logs, opening/closing checklists. This role will also be responsible for supporting the Lead Line Cooks and Sous Chef in all breakfast, lunch, and dinner prep/execution intermittently throughout the day.
