Summary: This security/tenant service role involves extensive walking, QR code scanning, uniform wear, and assisting tenants and vendors while policing the building. Highlights: 1. Security/tenant service role with varied tasks 2. Engage with tenants and vendors in a service capacity 3. Active role involving building checks and patrols Currently hiring 1099 employment (subcontractor for a security type role). The approximate hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm ●13 Paid Holidays ●OOO Time off paid ●Paid Biweekly (Direct Deposit) This is a security/tenant service role. Task but not limited to the following: 1 Must do a lot of walking, checking floors, garage and exterior 2 Scan QR codes 3 Wear uniform 4 Assist tenants 5 Assist vendors 6 Answer calls 7 Other tasks assigned by Management 8 Communication a must with tenants 9 Police the building
