We depend on creive, responsible, hardworking individuals like you to opere our business successfully!  Job Type: Full-time Shift Available: 2nd shift Compension: $31.74 Benefits Informion: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription  Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacion and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill mching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities  •    Trouble shoot and opere packaging equipment •    Verify and record production quantities produced and/or consumed •    Effectively communice with counter-parts and management during shift exchanges •    Ensure quality of the product meets Food Safety guidelines and customer specificions packaging •    Perform preventive maintenance on packaging equipment •    Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulions •    Maintaining a safe and clean work environment •    Other duties as assigned Required Qualificions  •    Right to work in the U.S. th is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer •    Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility •    Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodion •    Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include he, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) •    Must be able to opere machinery and/or industrial equipment •    Ability to understand and communice in English(verbal/written) •    High School diploma or Equivalent •    Basic use of a computer •    Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts as customer demand dictes Preferred Qualificions  •    Forklift certified •    Prior manufacturing or military experience Considered candides will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
