The Programming You’ll Own This is a Full-Time, In-House position for a self-sufficient and highly skilled Mastercam CNC Programmer. Using provided CAD models, you will convert/program/post-process toolpaths for CNC manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment—meeting timing, quality, and documentation expectations with minimal supervision. Technology & Tools You’ll Work With Experience with the following is a strong plus: • Mastercam (latest versions) – daily production programming • Solids-based workflow – confident working directly from 3D models • SolidWorks – plus • MATSUURA MAM72-35V – plus (or similar high-end multi-axis platforms) Technical Requirements • Mastercam Expertise: Proven ability to program efficiently using current versions of Mastercam . • Solids Experience: Strong ability to work from CAD models and drive clean, accurate toolpaths. • Production Mentality: Proven track record in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with minimal supervision. • Quality & Documentation: Ability to verify, check, and document work to meet shop and customer requirements. • CNC Programming Knowledge: Solid fundamentals and the ability to generate reliable, repeatable programs.
