Summary: Seeking an experienced screen printer to set up and operate presses, create and reclaim screens, mix inks, and maintain print quality in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Work in a fast-paced production environment We are a high-volume manufacturing company and are looking for someone who can step in and contribute immediately. Responsibilities: Set up and operate manual and automatic screen printing presses Create, coat, expose, and reclaim screens Mix inks and ensure accurate color matching Maintain print quality and consistency across production runs Clean and maintain screens and equipment Requirements: Prior screen printing experience (manual and/or automatic press) Ability to create and prepare screens independently Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Preferred: Experience with automatic presses (M&R, ROQ, etc.) Production or manufacturing background Compensation: $18–$25 per hour, based on experience Full-time position
