Maintain accurate records and clean feeding areas Job Description: Si-Ellen Farms is seeking a reliable, motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Dairy Feeder at our Jerome location. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring our herd receives accurate, high-quality nutrition daily. Key Responsibilities: Operate feeding equipment (tractors, mixers, and loaders) safely and efficiently. Mix and deliver accurate feed rations according to specific dairy nutrition guidelines. Monitor feed bunk management and push up feed regularly. Maintain accurate records of feed inventory and daily deliveries. Perform basic daily maintenance checks on feeding machinery and report any issues. Keep the feeding areas, silage pits, and commodity sheds clean and organized. Qualifications: Previous experience operating heavy farm machinery or tractors is highly preferred. Prior experience working on a dairy or livestock operation is a strong plus. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
