Summary: This role involves supporting Jack Henry operations, administering Windows infrastructure, monitoring systems, and coordinating IT projects while contributing to process improvements. Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiency Support Jack Henry operations (CIF20/20), including daily processing and issue resolution to Use AS400 for commands, user security, PTF patching, spool files, Virtual Tape Library, and MIMIX, prefer knowledge of running AS400 queries for reporting and operational support; Administer Windows infrastructure (Hyper-V virtual servers, Dell desktops, HP thin clients) Support Windows applications (Exchange, Outlook, Word, Excel); Monitor branch communications and systems; troubleshoot issues and maintain uptime; Knowledge of Windows network administration and network topology; Additional Duties: Provide after-hours support and assist with off-hours projects as needed; Support disaster recovery processes (Hyper-V, Veeam); Coordinate IT projects, schedules, and team priorities, Assist with budgeting and vendor management to optimize costs; Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiency; Additional Skills: Familiarity with Hyper-V and Veeam; Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills; Ability to work independently and support IT leadership; Comfortable supporting day-to-day IT operations and team management; Experience working with vendors to improve efficiency and control costs is a plus; Familiarity with Network HP/Cisco Router, Switches. Salary range 75-80k.
