High Earning Potential: Productive and reliable technicians have the opportunity to earn based on completed work volume and performance. Job Responsibilities * Install, repair, and troubleshoot residential cable, internet, phone, and Wi-Fi services. * Install modems, routers, cable boxes, and networking equipment. * Run aerial and underground drop lines when required. * Test and verify signal levels using approved testing equipment. * Complete service upgrades, reconnects, disconnects, and maintenance work. * Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently. * Complete work orders accurately using mobile applications. * Maintain company quality standards and safety procedures. * Provide professional and courteous customer service at every job. * Manage daily routes and work independently with minimal supervision. Requirements * Must pass a pre-employment drug screening. * Valid driver’s license required. * Reliable transportation is strongly preferred (personal or rental vehicle). * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. * Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights. * Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. * Basic smartphone and computer proficiency. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Cable, fiber, satellite, low-voltage, or telecommunications experience is preferred but not required. * Must be punctual, dependable, and capable of working independently.
