Job Overview We are looking for a reliable Technician to install and service security camera systems, business phone systems and assist with basic computer and network work setup. This position involves working at customers locations to run cables, mount equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems are working properly. Responsibilities Install and mount security camera systems at customers locations Run, terminate, and label network and communication cables Install and configure business phone systems Set up and connect computers, routers, and network equipment Test systems to ensure proper operation and connectivity Troubleshoot and repair camera, phone, and network issues Provide basic training to customers on how to use their systems Maintain a clean and organized work area at job sites Document installs and report completed work Follow safety procedures while using ladders, tools, and equipment Qualifications Installer Techncian Experience installing security cameras, phone system, or network equipment is a plus Basic knowledge of computers, networking, low-voltage wiring Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and ladders safely Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of team Good communication and customer service skills Ability to lift equipment and work in different environments (attics, ceilings, outdoors) Willingness to learn new technology and installation methods Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required. technical certifications are a plus.
