**Electrical Assembler**
Position Overview:
As an Electrical Assembler, you’ll be part of a team responsible for building and wiring heavy industrial equipment. You’ll use your skills in low-voltage electrical wiring, harness building, blueprint reading, and basic mechanical assembly to help bring high-end machinery to life.
What You'll Do:
Layout, terminate, and connect low-voltage electrical wiring and harnesses
Read and build to blueprints and limited technical drawings
Assemble mechanical components and test completed equipment
Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals
Ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of hands-on experience assembling heavy machinery or similar equipment required
Proficient in reading blueprints and wiring diagrams
Ability to work flexibly across departments (engineering, fabrication, etc.)
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Team player with a positive attitude and strong attendance record
Physical Requirements:
Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
Squat, bend, twist, and reach overhead frequently
Stand, walk, or sit for 1–10 hours per shift
Work in a manufacturing environment (55–88°F)
**Hydraulic Assembler**
Role Purpose
The Hydraulic Assembler will build large scale hydraulic equipment using blueprints, engineering drawings, and established quality standards.
This role works closely with engineering, fabrication, and production teams throughout each stage of the equipment build.
Responsibilities
Assemble large scale hydraulic machinery using blueprints and engineering drawings
Install hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical components using hand and power tools
Complete the layout and assembly of plumbing and wiring systems
Collaborate with team members throughout multi stage equipment builds
Test and troubleshoot completed assemblies
Make adjustments or modifications when needed
Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and other departments to ensure accuracy
Follow all safety procedures and quality assurance standards
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of mechanical assembly experience required
Heavy machinery or industrial equipment assembly experience preferred
Experience working with hydraulic systems, hose routing, and component installation
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments
Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing layouts used in equipment builds
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem solving skills
Dependable and committed to maintaining excellent attendance
Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to regularly bend, kneel, twist, and reach overhead
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, up to 10 hours per day
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with temperatures ranging from 55°F to 88°F
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced production setting
