Opportunity for leadership or supervisory experience Yard Manager / Inventory Control Job Posting Position Title: Yard Manager / Inventory Control Specialist Pay: $30-$35 Per Hr Location: Post Falls, Idaho Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and organized Yard Manager / Inventory Control Specialist to oversee daily yard operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure safe and efficient material handling. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing inventory, equipment, shipping/receiving, and yard organization. Responsibilities: Manage daily yard operations and maintain an organized work environment Track and control inventory levels accurately Load, unload, and inspect incoming and outgoing materials Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and shipments Operate forklifts and other yard equipment safely Conduct routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company procedures Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs Assist customers, drivers, and vendors as needed Complete paperwork and inventory documentation accurately Qualifications: Previous experience in yard management, warehouse operations, or inventory control preferred Forklift experience and certification preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills: Shipping and receiving experience Knowledge of construction, lumber, industrial, or warehouse materials Problem-solving and multitasking abilities Leadership or supervisory experience Benefits (if applicable) • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Retirement plan (e.g., 401k) • Profit Sharing available How to Apply Please submit your resume and work history for consideration.
