Support efficient operations and customer service Material Yard Worker / Yard Associate Location: Post Falls, ID Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Pay: $20–$22 per hour (depending on experience) Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Material Yard Worker to assist with the organization, loading, and unloading of materials in our yard. This role is essential to maintaining efficient operations and providing excellent service to customers and drivers. Key Responsibilities • Load and unload materials (lumber, steel, concrete, etc.) safely • Organize and maintain yard cleanliness • Operate equipment such as forklifts (training may be provided) • Assist customers with locating and loading materials • Keep yard clean, safe, and orderly • Follow all safety procedures and company policies • Communicate with team members and supervisors effectively Qualifications • Ability to lift 100 lbs. regularly • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions • Basic math and inventory skills • Forklift experience preferred (not required) • Strong work ethic and reliability • Previous warehouse, construction, or yard experience is a plus Benefits (if applicable) • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Retirement plan (e.g., 401k) • Profit Sharing available
