Arden Ironworks is looking to add another Project Manager to our team. We are a women-owned business based in Hayden, Idaho. Working primarily in Commercial construction of large multi-family apartment and condo buildings. We supply all the manufactured steel components required for the construction of multi-story buildings in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, and Montana. We work on multiple projects at a time, completing Shop Fabrication, Finishes, Delivery, and Installation, all over the Inland Northwest. We need someone detail-oriented and able to oversee the timely completion of our projects. Project Manager position requirements. 1. Experience working in large commercial construction as a Subcontractor. 2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Cradle to grave. 3. Procore, or other Project Management software. 4. Material orders, Shop Scheduling, Field and Shop Manpower oversight. Trucking and delivery oversight. 5. Monthly progress billings, Material, and labor tracking. 6. Proficient reading and understanding of Prints and project specifications. 7. Ability to work closely with General Contractors, Engineers, and Project Superintendents. providing cost savings and ease of construction practices. 8. Familiar with Structural Steel, Railings, Staircases, Balcony, Gates, ADA Railings, and other metal components needed for commercial construction projects. 9. Ability to travel when required for project oversight. Compensation will be discussed at the time of the interview, but will include site work hourly bonus, and Project completion bonus.
