As an Electronic Metrology Technician, you will calibrate and repair electronic test instruments in accordance with A2LA/ISO17025 standards. Perform calibration and adjustments on a wide range of electronic and electro-mechanical measuring and test equipment (M&TE) Precisely follow policies and procedures, industry standards (ISO), and manufacturers' requirements for accurate calibration of electronic M&TE Complete the required documentation to certify the verification and calibration of electronic M&TE Requirements Working knowledge/use of multifunction calibrators to include Fluke's 5500A and 5700A series Working knowledge/use of 8.5-digit multimeters to include Keysight's 3458A and Fluke's 8588A General familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO/IEC17025 Quality Systems Update gage tracking software Good written and oral communication skills, as well as computer skills Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work on a team Availability to travel as needed Education and Experience 3-5 years of Electronic Metrology experience, formal training in Metrology, or previous Precision Measurement Equipment course (PMEL) required Associate degree in Electronics preferred Basic computer skills: Windows, Microsoft Office, and data entry High School Diploma or GED equivalent certification required Benefits Eligibility to participate Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-term/Long-term Disability 401(k) with max 4% employer match

Position Summary You will be responsible for dismantling machinery, transferring equipment, interpreting blueprints, and installing equipment. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of hydraulics, belt systems, motors, and other industrial machine mechanisms essential for job procedures. Must be a team player with strong attention to detail. In this position, you should also be able to interpret blueprints, make decisions, troubleshoot, and perform repairs with little to no supervision. Essential Functions • Disassembly and reassembly of equipment for repair or transportation. • Assemble and install equipment, using hand tools and power tools. • Ability to set pumps and motors within critical tolerances. • Position Steel beams to support bedplates of machines and equipment using blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures. • Inset shims, adjust tension on nuts and bolts, or position parts, using hand tools and measuring instruments, to set specified clearances between moving and stationary parts. • Move machinery and equipment, using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks. • Construct and install equipment such as shafting, conveyors and tram rails. • Review and interpret engineering specifications, schematics, and blueprints to determine work procedures. • Grind and file machinery parts. • Supervise construction workers when using the equipment. • Work with a range of hand tools including measuring tools, welding, and brazing equipment. • Determine which machines, techniques, and tools to use when moving equipment and completing jobs.
