Summary: This full-time, permanent Quality Inspector role involves performing visual and hands-on quality checks on PVC products, logging results, and communicating with operators. Highlights: 1. Work 14 days per month with several 3-day weekends Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Quality Inspector for a leading manufacturer located in Everett, WA. Starting pay is $23.00 per hour. This is a full-time, permanent position on a rotating day/night schedule (aka Pitman schedule/DuPont rotation) working days 7 AM – 7 PM, then switching to nights 7 PM – 7 AM. The working days are 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, then 3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off, etc. In total you will work 14 days per month with several 3-day weekends each month. Duties include but are not limited to: Perform visual and hands-on quality checks on PVC products Log inspection results and identify defects accurately Use measuring tools and computer systems to record data Communicate with machine operators and leads to ensure standards are met Assist with clean-up and maintain a safe, organized work area Requirements: At least 6 months of recent experience in manufacturing, production, or quality control Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks Basic computer skills for logging results and completing checklists Comfortable standing for 12-hour shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed Please note: You must have six months of recent work experience and provide two work references we can contact to be eligible to work through our office.
