Opportunity to solve problems and improve systems About Us Westwind Organics is a 200+ acre certified organic wholesale vegetable farm in the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley. We grow over 30 different types of vegetables with a heavy emphasis on lettuce, broccoli, bunched greens, cabbage, celery, and winter storage crops. We believe successful farming should care for the planet, value people, and remain economically strong for the future. Westwind Organics is a family-owned farm established in 1995. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, bilingual Production Coordinator to support daily farm operations by coordinating schedules, creating work orders, and maintaining production data. This full-time role works closely with the Sales Manager and Farm Manager to help align customer orders, harvest priorities, packing schedules, and field operations. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and keeping multiple moving parts organized in a dynamic work environment. Most work is performed in an office setting, with regular communication and coordination involving field and packing shed teams. This position plays a vital role in supporting clear communication, efficient operations, and timely awareness of production issues. Key Responsibilities Create daily work orders for production crews Communicate schedules and work orders with production crews Conduct monthly inventory of supplies Enter production data from completed work orders into database Check time clock punches daily and update if needed Qualifications Spanish fluency required Proficient with Microsoft 365 Excellent math skills Computer savvy Driven self-starter High attention to detail with ability to multitask Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical mindset and approach to problem solving High School Diploma or comparable experience Data entry experience Farm experience First Aid Certified Pay & Benefits $26 to $30 per hour DOE Health & dental insurance Paid vacation Paid sick leave Cell phone allowance To Apply Reply by email with resume in PDF format.
