Full-Time | $22–$32/hour DOE
CondoCare is looking for a dependable, experienced Property Maintenance Technician / Handyman to help maintain condominium and multifamily properties throughout the Seattle area.
This is a hands-on position with a lot of variety. You’ll travel between properties completing maintenance requests, repairs, preventative maintenance, and general property upkeep. Most of our work is in common areas, building exteriors, garages, mechanical/common spaces, and around the property — not inside individual apartments all day.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Typical work includes:
Drywall patching and repair
Painting and touch-up work
Caulking and weatherproofing
Doors, locks, gates, and hardware
Light carpentry and trim repairs
Minor plumbing repairs and fixture replacement
Basic troubleshooting and maintenance
Pressure washing and exterior upkeep
Preventative maintenance
Property inspections and punch-list work
General handyman repairs
Occasional janitorial/property cleanup work
Documenting completed work with photos and notes
You’ll typically receive work orders, travel to the property, assess the issue, complete the repair, and document the work.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We want someone who:
Has 2+ years of maintenance, construction, remodeling, handyman, or similar experience
Can complete common repairs without constant supervision
Is comfortable troubleshooting unfamiliar problems
Takes pride in doing clean, professional work
Is dependable and shows up when scheduled
Can communicate professionally with property managers, building staff, board members, and residents
Is comfortable working outside year-round
Can use a smartphone for work orders, photos, timekeeping, and communication
Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Can safely lift approximately 50 lbs and perform normal physical maintenance work
You do not need to know how to do everything. We’re looking for someone with solid hands-on experience who can solve problems and continue expanding their maintenance skills.
WHY CONDOCARE?
$22–$32/hour depending on experience
Full-time, year-round work
Health, dental, and vision benefits after 2 months of employment
401(k) with company match
Paid time off
Variety of work — you’re not doing the same repair every day
Opportunity to grow into higher-level technician, lead, and project roles
Established Seattle-area company with steady property maintenance work
This is a good fit for someone coming from apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, residential remodeling, construction, property maintenance, or handyman work who wants steady work without being stuck on one construction site every day.
