We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laborer/Entry-Level Carpenter to join our construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills in carpentry and construction while contributing to a variety of projects. As a laborer/entry-level team member, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside seasoned carpenters, helping to build and remodel homes with precision and care. The successful applicant’s time will primarily be split between assisting with debris removal and disposal, material acquisition and staging, site protection, jobsite cleaning and maintenance, and assisting carpenters with various tasks. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude are a must. This position is intended for someone interested in building a long-term career in residential remodeling, with opportunities to grow into a carpenter role as skills develop.
