Training provided for those without prior experience IBI Inc is a well-established general contractor seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team. Work on a variety of construction and renovation projects alongside skilled trades. Pay: • $21.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience • Paid bi weekly Duties: • General construction support, site prep, and cleanup • Assist with demolition • Support siding, framing, drywall, and finish work • Operate hand and power tools safely • Heavy lifting as required • Maintain a clean, safe jobsite Requirements: • Construction experience preferred, not required (training provided) • Physically capable of demanding work • Reliable transportation to job sites • Reliable, safety focused team player • Authorized to work in the U.S. Benefits (eligible employees): • BCBS Medical (company pays 82% of Bronze employee only premium) • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Sick Leave • Optional (Employee-Paid) dental, vision, and Aflac Equal Opportunity Employer.
