We have a strong educational structure in place along with an educational director that assists in organizing the structure, content, and goals of the educational program. Pay: Pay is negotiable and ranges between a $65,000.00 and $80,000.00 annual based plus tips, bonuses and pay for performance. Pay for performance is metric driven with most GMs ranging in the 75-85% achievement range. Pay for performance is paid out monthly on the previous months performance with up to 20,000.00 annual potential. Additional sales bonuses exist for sales metric performances. Estimated gross income is between $88,000 - $108,000 annually. Relocation Required - Stipend Relocation loan up to 5,000 with loan waived after one year of employment.
