A manufacturer in Everett is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations, support team success, and ensure consistent production performance. Duties include but are not limited to: • Oversee shift production activities to ensure safety, quality, and production goals • Lead, coach, and develop production associates and machine operators • Monitor workflow, address bottlenecks, and ensure efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials • Troubleshoot production and material flow issues; support equipment adjustments • Maintain accurate shift reports and communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams • Ensure proper machine setup/startup and adherence to safety and quality standards Schedule: Rotating schedule (Days & Nights): 3 days on → 2 days off → 2 days on → 3 days off → 2 days on → 2 days off Requirements: • 5+ years of lead or supervisory experience in manufacturing • 5+ years of extrusion OR plastic injection molding experience (required) • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills • Experience with hand tools, measuring gauges, and computer/ERP systems • Solid understanding of safety programs, quality standards, and lean principles • Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs • Dependable, safety‑focused, and strong English communication and reading skills Starting pay is $80,000 - $81,000 per year.
