We specialize in commercial and residential new construction, tenant improvements, remodels, and service plumbing throughout Western Washington. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects and bid deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Review plumbing plans, specifications, and project documents * Perform material takeoffs and labor estimates * Prepare and submit accurate bids and proposals * Communicate with general contractors, suppliers, and vendors * Request and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing * Attend occasional job walks or pre-bid meetings * Track bid opportunities and maintain estimate records * Assist with change orders, budgeting, and project handoff * Coordinate with field staff and project managers as needed Preferred Qualifications: * Plumbing estimating experience preferred * Experience with commercial construction projects is a plus * Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and UPC code requirements * Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings * Familiar with estimating software such as Bluebeam, FastPIPE, or similar programs * Strong computer and communication skills * Self-motivated and able to work independently Compensation: * Pay depending on experience * Full-time or part-time position available * Opportunity for growth within the company * Flexible structure for the right candidate About Us: Plumber Near Me LLC is a growing plumbing company focused on quality workmanship and long-term relationships.
