Summary: Seeking an experienced bakery and pastry production worker comfortable with independent recipe execution, consistent product quality, and physical kitchen demands. Highlights: 1. Must be able to independently follow recipe for brownies and cookies to spec with high degree of consistency. Workers should be comfortable with: Standing for the full shift Working in a warm kitchen or bakery environment Lifting and carrying ingredients, trays, boxes, or equipment up to 25–50 lbs, depending on the task Bending, reaching, crouching, and moving throughout the shift Following recipes exactly and asking questions when instructions are unclear Maintaining consistent product quality and presention Working independently after direction is given Communicing clearly with the onsite supervisor about product issues, supply shortages, or safety concerns Maintaining an ne and orderly workstion.
