Develop skills in a dynamic environment with diverse offerings Part-time Barista CommonGrounds Espresso Bar Reports to: Team Manager CommonGrounds is looking for a part-time Barista to join our team. Coffee experience required, at least one year preferred. The position is for 2 shifts/week with the possibility of picking up extra shifts in the future. Weekend availability preferred. Common Grounds is located in the Edmonds Waterfront Center, right next to the ferry terminal. We believe that a strong team is the heart of great service, so having the ability to collaborate with others is needed. We have a walk-up window and POS in the lobby so the ability to multitask is essential. We scoop Lopez Island ice cream year-round but have very busy summers with beach goers. We serve locally roasted Middlefork Coffee on a manual espresso machine, while also having a rotating special drink menu. Our sandwiches and breakfast options are made in house, so food prep experience is appreciated. Email or drop your resume off.
