Starting rate of $19 to $21 per hour depending on experience! Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of Proven experience in maintenance, particularly in residential or commercial properties. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and general maintenance techniques. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and climbing ladders. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
