ABOUT THE JOB The Operions Manager plans and manages liquid products production operions to meet GSF objectives for quality, efficiency and customer sisfaction. WHAT YOU'LL DO ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Plan and coordine liquid product operions for a specific product (e.g., ketchup, sauce, etc.) to ensure th department and GSF objectives for productivity and quality are met or exceeded. Manages assigned staff, including recruiting and selecting employees, assigning work, providing training and development, evaluing performance, and building a motived, effective team to ensure th organizional goals for diversity, career development, productivity, performance management and employee involvement are met. Coordine communicion with staff, maintenance, and other departments to ensure effective operions and to meet the production requirements of internal and external customers. Monitor and evalue stistical da, operion procedures, and other informion to maximize operional efficiencies and to ensure compliance with customer, GSF, and regulory agency policies and regulions.
