What you will be doing: •Provides professional, highly technical cardiovascular care to all cardiovascular patients, while assisting physicians during all cardiovascular procedures. Functions as a liaison for patients, families, and physicians. Prepares patient for emergency coronary artery bypass graft by completing proper documentation, sending necessary blood work to lab, and notifying CV team. •Documents all medications given, contrast injections, and attempts at vessel modification (e.g. inflations, shaves, stent placement) and other pertinent information regarding procedure. •Responds to emergency situations appropriately and calls for assistance as needed.
