Experience with state and/or federal court filings Whitemore James Black is presently assisting the boutique San Francisco office of a national law firm on their search for a Temporary Junior or Mid-Level Legal Assistant to join their firm as soon as possible. This role has the opportunity to become permanent and with full benefits for the right person. Our client has a sophisticated litigation and regulatory practice, and they are seeking an experienced litigation assistant with 2+ years of litigation experience. The hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The work is an in-office role, with the firm's offices being located in an easily accessible area in the financial district. A 4/1 hybrid schedule may also become available over time. The hourly pay for this role will be between $30 and $40 depending on experience. There may be some flexibility here as well. The ideal candidate will have experience filing with both state and/or federal courts. Though the firm has a Word Processing team, the ability to proof and create TOAs/TOCs is also sought after.
